NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Cotswold
Water Ski Club Ltd will be held at The Clubhouse, Cotswold Water Ski
Club, Spine Road, South Cerney, on Sunday 27th April 2008 commencing
at 11.00 a.m.
Full paid up members may attend and vote at this meeting
Proposed Agenda :-
1. Apologies/approval of previous AGM Minutes
2. Chairman’s report 2007
3. Ratification of capital expenditure in 2007
4. Review of Clubhouse toilet and shower facilities
5. Renewal of CWSC lease with GML Ltd
6. Licensing agreement with Lake 16/fishing rights
7. Individual metering of electricity usage
8. Resignation/appointment of new directors of CWSC Ltd
9. Budgets – 2008
10. AOB
PLEASE NOTE
All business at the AGM is deemed to be special (save in relation to receiving and consideration of club accounts). In order for any changes to be carried, at least 75% of the members attending have to vote in favour of any such resolution
All existing directors of Cotswold Water Ski Club propose to seek re-appointment
in 2008. We do however have two vacancies and accordingly any nominations
for directorship of Cotswold Water Ski Club Ltd should be provided to
the Company Secretary of Cotswold Water Ski Club Ltd (Martyn Green,

in writing, not less than 30 days before the meeting by way of written
notice signed by proposer and seconder (both of whom should be qualified
to attend and vote at the meeting for which such notice is given)
